Ah yes. Another beautiful day in censorship city. For seemingly no reason at all a channel about health and fitness was deleted. Let’s explore this a bit more.
First, I had (surprisingly) never heard of Mark Bell or his Power Project. It wasn’t until a friend of mine shared on Instagram that his channel had been deleted that I immediately became interested and started doing research.
Personally, as a dude who has posted hundreds of videos on Youtube, censorship like this is extremely concerning. As a supposedly ‘free’ society, anytime a large corporation bans any type of thought it should raise questions.
Right away on Instagram I could see this guy is a solid dude. From even just his bio alone you can see he is incredibly strong and has completed races like the Boston Marathon.
Digging a bit deeper we see he promotes a carnivore based diet. (Ah now writing is being seen on the wall).
The carnivore diet is a particularly hot issue as people who use it tend to be high testosterone manly men that usually offend people who only eat celery and grass or something (I’m not sure what vegans eat).
While Youtube didn’t give a reason as to why they deleted the channel (seemingly with no strikes or warning) it does leave one questioning what could have possibly been said on there that a social media company would deem it dangerous?
It does seem that anything right wing these days can be under attack from typically left leaning social media companies but I dislike using the terms left or right as I think identifying as a side is exactly how we as a people are easily controlled.
Its beyond the scope of this article to go into politics (a very nasty topic, I apologize for even bringing it up) but when things like this happen it’s often unavoidable.
It’s plain to see that anyone who encourages men to be men, eat meat, and lift weights is a danger to free thinking, which is a big NO as far as social media is concerned.
When you’re strong and healthy you can start to see the world for what it is, and you are much harder to control as a result.
So, if you’re reading this and are a fan of such things make sure to go follow Mark Bell wherever you can and start thinking about how YOU can diversify and secure your voice on the internet.
There’s not much that can be done with social media. I’ve had accounts banned before, but you gotta just make a new one and keep posting and BUILD something like a blog, email list, or books that can’t be as easily squelched out.
Until next time my friend
